Handle strawberry with care Strawberry is the most fragile item in our range. It tolerates a wider harvest window than raspberry, but its glassy-transition temperature is lower — storage above its Tg′ causes irreversible softening. This is why we quote strawberry on a shorter lead time and why we recommend your QA test a sample on your own process before a full container.

Microbiological limits

Standard limits applied to every lot. Your QA team can request tighter limits — we will quote the additional testing cost openly rather than discover it at inspection.

Virus controlDocumented sanitation + HACCPHepatitis A / norovirus — protocol available under NDAHACCP plan + verification
On the virus question — we would rather raise it ourselves Frozen berries have a documented outbreak history involving Hepatitis A and norovirus, and freezing does not reliably inactivate them. Your QA team will ask. Our sanitation protocol, batch traceability and testing plan are available under NDA before you commit. Raising this first is faster than waiting for your customer to raise it for you.
