Frozen Cranberry
Vaccinium macrocarpon
IQF whole, notably acidic. Popular in sugar-free and wellness ranges.
- Brix 7-9° · pH 2.4-2.8
- 500g / 1kg / 10kg
Four core berries, multiple grades and formats, plus six secondary items. Every product is individually quick frozen — no blocks, no slabs.
Vaccinium corymbosum · Cultivated highbush varieties
Our highest-volume item and the one we are known for. Yunnan's highland growing conditions produce fruit with a longer ripening window, which shows up as more consistent Brix across the season and a deeper bloom on the skin. We supply whole berries only — if you need diced or crushed, say so and we will quote it, but whole is what we do well.
| Grade | Caliper | Whole berry | Brix | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Grade A | 15 mm + | ≥ 95% | 10-12° | Bakery decoration, premium retail, yoghurt topping |
| Grade B | 12-15 mm | ≥ 90% | 10-12° | Bakery filling, foodservice, dessert assembly |
| Processing | Any size | ≥ 80% | 9-12° | Jam, purée, juice, compote |
Fragaria × ananassa · Senga Sengana, Honey, All Star, American No.13
The most format-flexible item in our range. Whole for garnish, sliced and diced where even dosing matters on a production line, and a sugar-ratio option for jam makers who want to skip the cooking step. Strawberry is also the most fragile item we ship, so it carries a shorter lead time and we recommend sample testing before a full container.
| Format | Sizes / Cuts | Application |
|---|---|---|
| Whole | 15-22 / 22-28 / 28-35 mm | Bakery top, dessert garnish, retail pack |
| Sliced | 10 mm / 12 mm | Yoghurt inclusion, pastry filling |
| Diced | 10×10 / 12×12 / 15×15 mm | Fruit prep, ice cream, sauce |
| + Sugar | 4+1 / 9+1 / 12+1 / 27+1 | Jam base, pie filling |
| Drum / pail | 400 lb drum · 6×6.5 lb pail | Industrial foodservice |
Rubus idaeus · Whole hollow berries · Grade A only
Soft fruit with a narrow window. We supply Grade A only — a Grade B raspberry does not exist in any useful sense, because the fruit breaks down before cosmetics become an issue. The number worth asking us for is harvest-to-freeze hours, which for this fruit is measured in hours, not days.
| Attribute | Specification |
|---|---|
| Grade | Grade A — uniform red, no white core, no under-ripe fruit |
| Brix / pH | 9-11° / 3.0-3.4 |

| Packing | 500 g / 1 kg pouch · 5 kg / 10 kg carton |
Rubus fruticosus · Varieties: Hull and/or Chester
Variety is the whole story here. Hull is the larger, later berry suited to processing; Chester is the firmer, glossier one preferred for fresh-facing applications. Tell us which your process suits, or ask us which lot is currently in season.
