Who we are

A processor, not a middleman

We grow, freeze and export ourselves. That means the specification you sign is the specification we produce — no broker margin, no hidden re-handling, no one in between who cannot answer your question.

🏔️

Yunnan highland origin

Our farms sit at 1,800-2,200 m in Yunnan — one of China's premium berry belts. High altitude means slower ripening, denser fruit and a longer harvest window, which translates into more consistent Brix across the season.

❄️

Tunnel IQF, never block

Every berry is frozen individually at −35°C within hours of picking. No slabs, no clumping, no broken fruit at your dosing line. IQF is the only format suitable for bakery, dairy and beverage dosing.

📋

Specs you can hold us to

Grade, caliper, Brix, defect tolerance, clump tolerance, glaze percentage — written down and signed. We ship a Certificate of Analysis for every lot, not a generic certificate from years ago.

🌏

Three-region export

Established lanes to Southeast Asia (Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, Vietnam) and the Middle East (UAE, Saudi Arabia). Qingdao and Shenzhen port loading, sea or rail to Central Asia.

Product range

Four berries, graded for your application

Each berry is graded into three tiers. The tier matters more than the variety — it decides which part of your production line it belongs on.

IQF Whole Blueberry

Vaccinium corymbosum

Whole berries, individually frozen. Grade A 15mm+ for bakery decoration and premium retail; Grade B 12-15mm for fillings and foodservice.

  • Brix 10-12°
  • Whole berry ≥95%
  • Glaze 0-5% optional
  • 10 kg corrugated carton
  • Shelf life 18-24 months

IQF Strawberry

Fragaria × ananassa

Whole, sliced or diced. Sliced and diced formats are the workhorse for bakery fillings and yoghurt inclusions where even dosing matters.

  • Brix 8-10°
  • Whole 15-22 / 22-28 / 28-35 mm
  • Sliced 10 / 12 mm · Diced 10-15 mm
  • Added-sugar option on request
  • 10 kg carton
🍇 REPLACE: raspberry photo

IQF Raspberry

Rubus idaeus

Whole hollow berries, Grade A only. Note that soft fruit has a shorter usable window than berry — ask for harvest-to-freeze hours, not just a Brix number.

  • Brix 9-11°
  • Grade A: uniform red, no white core
  • Fragile — handle with care in transit
  • 5 kg or 10 kg carton
  • Shelf life 18-24 months

IQF Blackberry

Rubus fruticosus

Hull or Chester varieties. Grade A is deep black with no red berries; Grade B allows purple-red but rejects soft fruit.

  • Brix 7-10°
  • Variety: Hull / Chester
  • Defects: soft fruit ≤3%, stalks ≤1%
  • 5 kg or 10 kg carton
  • Shelf life 18-24 months

Grading

Three grades, three different buyers

Most failed first orders happen because grade A and grade B were never distinguished on the purchase order. Here is exactly who uses which.

Grade A Premium whole fruit

→ Bakery decoration, premium retail, yoghurt topping
  • Blueberry 15 mm+
  • Uniform colour, noblemish, no soft fruit
  • Whole berry ≥95%
  • Sorted and hand-graded

Grade B Processing sound

→ Bakery fillings, foodservice, dessert assembly
  • Blueberry 12-15 mm
  • Minor shape variance permitted
  • Whole berry ≥90%
  • Fully food-safe, cosmetically mixed

Processing Grade For further processing

→ Jam, purée, juice, compote, frozen dessert base
  • Any size, sound fruit only
  • Soft fruit and small fruit permitted
  • Whole berry ≥80%
  • Most cost-effective per kg
Why we publish this Because it lets you self-select. If you tell us you are making jam, we quote Processing Grade — we will not sell you Grade A atProcessing Grade pricing. That honesty is why buyers come back for a second container.

Read this if you are a serious buyer Frozen berries have a documented history of Hepatitis A and norovirus outbreaks — and freezing does not reliably inactivate these viruses. This is not a black mark on us; it is why your QA team will ask about it. Our sanitation protocol, batch traceability and testing plan are available under NDA before you commit to a first order.

Cold chain

−18°C, continuously, with proof

Many suppliers say "cold chain" without naming a number. We name the number and we ship the record that proves it.

StageControlRecordBenchmark
Harvest Picked at peak ripeness, field-to-freeze within hours Harvest log per lot Under 24h (soft fruit: under 12h)
Pre-freeze Tunnel IQF at −35°C Freezer log −35°C
Storage Continuous cold store Daily temperature log −18°C to −20°C
Loading Pre-cooled reefer container Container pre-cool log −18°C before load
In transit Continuous reefer, no re-icing Temperature data logger −18°C throughout
Arrival Deviation protocol agreed in advance Logger file handed over on arrival >−15°C for 2h+ = quarantine
Why this matters commercially A temperature excursion above −15°C for more than two hours triggers quarantine or rejection at destination port. The buyer bears that cost — and it becomes a reason to stop reordering from you. Shipping the logger file with every container removes that risk from both sides. It costs us almost nothing.

Where we ship

Three regions, three lanes

We already move volume into these markets — which means our lanes exist and our documents are already accepted. You are not the first shipment on the route.

MarketLaneLead timeCertification status needed
Malaysia Sea via Shenzhen / Qingdao → Port Klang 18-24 days No mandatory Halal gate — we can ship now
Thailand Sea → Laem Chabang 16-22 days Thai FDA registration; Halal approval now 45 days
Indonesia Sea → Jakarta / Surabaya 20-28 days BPJPH mandatory — enforced from Oct 2028 (delayed)
UAE Sea → Jebel Ali 22-30 days GCC standard; UAE is also a re-export hub
Saudi Arabia Sea → Jeddah Islamic Port 24-32 days SFDA registration — mandatory, strict residue limits
Kazakhstan / Uzbekistan Rail (China-Europe / China-Central Asia) 14-20 days No Halal gate — ideal entry market
Straight talk on market pricing Prices move opposite to volume. Middle East imports the largest volume in the region but prices at USD 3.50-5.50/kg. Indonesia prices highest at up to USD 12.16/kg on a much smaller base. If your cost structure is competitive, we will tell you honestly which lane makes sense for your volume — including telling you when it does not.
How ordering works

From first email to delivery

No minimum order gymnastics. We are set up to handle a trial container properly.

1. Send your requirement Product, grade, annual volume, destination port

No obligation at this stage. We usually reply within one business day with an indicative spec sheet and price band.

2. Confirm specification Sample or full spec sheet

We send a sample so your QA team can test it on your actual process before you commit. Buyers who skip this step are the ones who complain later.

3. Quote and Incoterms FOB / CIF / DDP — your choice

Quote states exactly what is included and what is not. Temperature logger, COA and phytosanitary handling are itemised, not buried.

4. Production and pre-shipment check Photos + COA before loading

We send photos of the actual lot and the COA before the container is sealed. Third-party inspection (SGS, BV, Intertek) is welcome at your cost.

5. Loading and departure Container sealed, logger started

You receive the bill of lading, packing list, temperature logger file and all certificates. Nothing is sent "after the container sails."

6. Arrival support We stay reachable through customs clearance

If there is a query at destination, we answer it. Our contact does not disappear once the container leaves.

FAQ

Questions buyers ask us first

What is the minimum order quantity?

One 20ft reefer container (typically 10-12 MT depending on product and packing) or one 40ft reefer (22-24 MT). Mixed loading of different berries in one container is possible if it helps you reach volume.

Can you supply Halal certified product?

Not yet — certification is in progress with ETA 2027. We will not describe product as Halal until the certificate is issued, and we will not ship into BPJPH-mandatory channels claiming otherwise. Malaysia and Central Asia have no mandatory gate, so we can supply those lanes today.

What do payment terms look like?

Typically 30% deposit, 70% against copy B/L. Irrevocable L/C at sight is welcome for larger volumes. We can also discuss staged payment for a first trial order.

Are you the grower or a trader?

We are a processor with our own sourcing base in Yunnan and contract grower relationships. For volumes beyond our own capacity we use partner plants that are audited to the same standard — and we tell you when a lot comes from a partner rather than our own line.

What happens if a shipment fails inspection?

Rejection, replacement and credit terms are agreed in writing before the first shipment, not improvised after. We would rather lose one container than keep a customer who was not told the rules up front.

Can you provide private label or retail packing?

Yes. Bulk (5-10 kg) and retail formats (500g, 1kg, 2.5kg) including your own label and language. Retail packing affects MOQ and cost — ask for both.
